I had an appointment today with Dr Shergill for a filling, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was kind, considerate, and understood that I was feeling very nervous. She had even planned to start with a smaller filling to help build my confidence. However, I insisted on getting the worst one done first, and I’m so glad I did. Dr Shergill was incredibly gentle. The injection didn’t hurt at all, which was something I’d been worrying about for weeks. She explained every step of the procedure, checked that I was comfortable throughout, and made me feel completely at ease. I feel incredibly lucky to have been treated by Dr Shergill. She is down to earth, compassionate, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to her patience and reassurance, what I had built up in my mind turned out to be a calm and positive experience.
