Cancelled Appointments

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, missed or cancelled appointments result in valuable clinical time being wasted, which could otherwise be used to treat other patients.

• Notification: If you cannot attend an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.

• Same-Day Cancellations: Usually, cancelled appointments will not incur a charge, even if you notify us on the same day.

• Failed Private Appointments: Private appointments that are missed without notice will incur a charge, which must be settled before booking further appointments.

• Repeated Short-Notice Cancellations: If private appointments are repeatedly missed or cancelled at short notice, we may require prepayment for future bookings. In such cases, the full appointment fee will be charged regardless of attendance.

• Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel future treatment for patients who fail to attend two scheduled appointments.
